作为今年最大的黑马动画之一，《兽娘动物园》在1月播出之后，迅速成为了无数动漫迷关注的焦点。尤其是在日本那边，几乎都快成为了一种社会现象。也因此，niconico动画上的作品也就引发了疯狂的点击。根据最新消息：目前第一集的动画点击量已经突破了700万。
这个数字即便是放在网民人口数倍于日本的国内，都已经显得特别恐怖了。而在niconico上能够达到这个点击量，真的只能用“奇迹”来形容。恐怕之前真的没有人能够想到，一部看起来成本很低廉的作品能够走到今天这个地步吧？

《兽娘动物园》讲述了建造于这个世界某处的超巨大综合动物园“Javari Park”，在那里，在神秘物质“Sandstar”的力量下，动物们接连变身成为拥有人类姿态的“动物娘”！她们开始与来访的人们热闹地游玩……有一天，动物园里出现了一个看上去很困扰的迷路孩子。本是为了回家而踏上的旅途，因为动物娘们的加入，变成了一场大冒险！
