押井守策划原创动画《狩火之王》确定23年1月开播 新艺图公开
由西村纯二担任导演，押井守担任策划编剧的全新原创动画《狩火之王》官方宣布将于2023年1月开播，同时最新艺图公开，敬请期待。
《狩火之王》根据日向理惠子的奇幻小说改编，讲述了人类最终战争后的世界，大地被黑森林所覆盖，人类只能在被结界守护着的少许土地上生存。被病原体入侵的人类只要靠近天然的火身体就会燃烧，而唯一能够安全使用的火只能通过狩猎栖息在黑森林深处的黑色怪兽“炎魔”采集。
于是就此诞生了一种专门狩猎炎魔以获得火的职业，并谣传着其中的佼佼者“狩火之王”的传说。故事以在村庄中长大的11岁少女灯子，与身在首都的15岁少年煌四为中心展开。
《狩火之王》TV动画为WOWOW发行原创系列新作，角色原设定山田章博，西村纯二担任导演，押井守担任策划编剧，角色设定为齋藤卓也，音乐邀请了著名作曲家川井宪次负责创作，敬请期待更多后续消息。
