“大奥——将军正室和侧室居住之处，将军是唯一能进入的女性。”
一种只有男丁会被传染的怪病在日本全国蔓延开来，导致男性人口锐减，政经大权落至女性手中，男尊女卑的社会在一夕间颠覆。
为了振兴家道，贫穷武士水野决意进入将军府，成为侍奉女将军的三千美男之一。
来自市井的他将在大奥引发什么样的风波…？！
